HIGH SEASON ( December 1 – April 30, Excluding December 15 – January 15)
• You may cancel your reservation at no charge 30 days before arrival. Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellation or amendment made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation or amendment made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

PEAK SEASON (December 15 – January 15)
• Reservations made over the Peak Season require full payment and are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. The entire period of your stay, inclusive of nights before and after the dates listed above, will be charged to your credit card upon reservation.

LOW SEASON (May 1 – November 30)
• You may cancel your reservation at no charge 14 days before arrival. Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. • Cancellation or amendment made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation or amendment made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
• You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

*No penalties for cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
